Police Verification — Government Clearance

Every shortlisted candidate undergoes official police verification through the relevant state authority in India. This produces a government-stamped clearance certificate confirming no criminal record. This is not a reference check — it is a formal law-enforcement clearance. Any candidate with any adverse finding is immediately removed, with no exceptions.

Medical Examination — Fit to Work Certification

Candidates undergo a comprehensive medical examination at an accredited government or Ministry of Health approved clinic. Tests include full blood panel, chest X-ray (TB screening), musculoskeletal assessment for physical roles, vision and hearing checks, and drug screening. Only candidates certified as medically fit for the specific nature of the work are advanced to documentation.

Passport validity is confirmed (minimum 2 years remaining). Educational and trade certificates are verified for authenticity. Prior employment documentation is collected and cross-checked.
